I love chocolate and I was curious when I received the package in the mail from Cowgirl Chocolates to review .The first thing I noticed was the pretty packaging. A small red box with a black ribbon , card and a tiny “western” style button carefully wrapped in red tissue paper.Inside were nine fancy handmade truffles wrapped in colored foil with a pretty design on the top of each truffle.The first thing I wanted to try was the    Habanero Carmel.Well aware that it would be probably pretty hot.I cut off a tiny piece although I was tempted to pop the whole darn thing in my mouth. Wow, the taste of the caramel was delicious but soon after it got really spicy. I am glad I did not eat the whole thing. I think I liked the Chipotle Caramel better. Next it was time to try the chocolate spicy truffles. I have to tell you I loved each one of the spicy chocolate truffles. The quality of the chocolate is amazing and there is just enough spice to give it that cowgirl kick.The
mild truffles were great. My favorites were Ivory Orange and Raspberry Lemon.
