This morning I was in the baking mood so I decided to make some Banana Nut Nutella Mini Muffins. I love Nutella, and I love incorporating it into my recipes. I have never used Nutella in my banana bread recipe before. So I decided to experiment and use my mini muffin Wilton pan for this recipe. I have used the same banana bread recipe for years. I remember my mom and grandma making this recipe. My banana bread always comes out moist and delicious with this recipe. I love Nutella and I am always trying to find recipes that incorporate this delicious hazelnut spread. I had a little Nutella left from a previous recipe so I decided to put some in my banana bread batter. I also added a teaspoon of cinnamon. I sprinkled a few pecans on the top and popped them in the oven. These mini muffins are great for a quick snack or breakfast on the run. I hope you will try this recipe. The Nutella is what makes these mini muffins exceptional. Great for kids and adults alike. I hope you agree a little Nutella makes this recipe even better. I love the smell of freshly baked banana bread. You can also add walnuts to this recipe instead of pecans. I have tried this recipe with both, but I prefer the pecans. I use really ripe bananas. This is key to creating the best tasting banana flavor. I like to use the best vanilla extract I can buy or vanilla bean paste. This makes a difference in the recipe. Hope you enjoy this recipe. Please be sure to comment and let me know if you make these delicious mini muffins.
