Pumpkin Cheeseball~ Halloween Potluck

On Sunday at work we are having Halloween potluck. I was not sure what I was going to bring but I knew I had to make something everyone would love. So while searching recipes online I decided to make a cheeseball. I found a recipe for a Pumpkin Cheeseball. This recipe is great for a HAL LO W EEN party and easy to mix up. After the cheeseball is chilled, form into the shape of a pumpkin. Serve this yummy cheeseball with apple wedges or Ritz crackers. I changed the recipe a bit by adding more cream cheese to make a bigger ball. You can add more red pepper and paprika to suit your taste.
For this recipe you will need:
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 8oz packages shredded sharp cheddar
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 containers onion and chive cream cheese
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for at least four hours and shape into pumpkin. Serve with apple wedges orRitz crackers.
