Many people think that living keto means that you’re going just to be eating tasteless food that is boring and dull. But this simple muffin recipe proves that couldn’t be further from the truth! What you’ll find from this simple muffin recipe is that you can have your chocolate fix without wasting all the effort and time you’ve put into getting healthy.
If you’re looking for a simple solution to give your sweet tooth a fix, look no further than this delicious homemade muffin recipe.
How do you know when the muffins are done baking in the oven?
The easiest way is to insert a toothpick into the middle of the muffin and make sure it comes out clean. If you remove the toothpick and there is any batter on it, you’re going to need to put the muffins back in the oven for a few more moments. I always recheck them after a couple of minutes and use a clean toothpick too! This way, you don’t overcook them and have dry muffins.
Can you use another type of nut for these muffins?
You can, but be sure that you make confident that they’re keto-friendly. I like pecans since they’re a “softer” type of nut, and they pair up well with the chocolate flavor.
As you can see, this muffin recipe is beyond easy and tasty as well. It’s the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, and it’s just waiting to be enjoyed. Give yourself a delicious treat that you’ll be so happy to have found for your keto cravings! For more Keto recipes click here.
