Eating a reasonable amount of nuts such as almonds, walnuts, peanuts is a fantastic way to take in all the phosphorus you need to keep your teeth looking fabulous. Like calcium, phosphorus is a key ingredient for strong teeth. It can also be found in high quantities in lean meats such as turkey, trimmed pork chops, or certain cuts of beef. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, fear not, you can also take in phosphorus from eggs and any beans. Try making a luxurious omelet or shakshuka dish to get these into your diet.
Fruit and Vegetables
They’re the wonder ingredients, aren’t they? Aside from keeping your weight down and improving your skin, fruit and veg are also great for your oral health as they contain high amounts of vitamin C, which is essential for promoting healthy gums. You can (and should) get fruit and vegetables into your meals as much as possible to make sure your mouth is being taken care of in every element.
