Seared Grouper fish on a fork

Seared Grouper with Lemon Thyme Butter Sauce is so quick and easy to prepare. If grouper is not available, however, snapper, monkfish,
and many other mild, yet firm, white fish can be used instead. I love serving seared grouper or snapper with a side salad. This recipe is a quick family meal that is perfect for busy work weeks. This recipe is delicious with my recipe for Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Salad. I also enjoy this fish with a baked potato. You can find the my recipe for Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Salad here.
