This recipe creation is absolutely delicious. Beef and Mushroom on biscuits.  Great to enjoy for breakfast, brunch or an evening meal. Quick and easy to prepare on a busy schedule. I am all about quick and easy recipes.  The combination of mushrooms, beef and cream of mushroom soup, make this recipe extraordinary. You can also substitute the cream of mushroom for cream of chicken soup or use lean ground turkey instead of beef, or even ground chicken.  I just used what I had on hand, and it was amazing. Now on to the recipe…The first step is to prepare the biscuits according to the directions on the package instructions and set aside. 

In a frying pan, sauté the peppers and onions until slightly softened.

Add the burger to the onions and peppers and brown/cook thoroughly.. Add the garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper, soup, and Italian seasoning. Mix well. When everything is well incorporated, simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile split the biscuits in half and toast To serve, place the biscuit halves on the plate and spoon the burger mixture over the top. Hope you enjoy!
