If you want to maximize the effect of a good workout or a healthy meal then you need to ensure you get a good night’s rest every night. Your body works its magic whilst it sleeps. If you’re sleep-deprived, however, then your body won’t use insulin properly. In other words, fat will be stored in the wrong places, and you won’t see the positive effects of your new workout routine or your healthy diet. That’s why you should work on your sleeping pattern.
