It’s Christmas Eve. My sister is here visiting. I woke up super early this morning. She has to work today, so I wanted to make something extra special for breakfast. I saved the Cranberry Spice Scones for Christmas Eve breakfast. This mix is so simple to prepare. I added heavy cream, kneaded the dough for a few seconds, rolled the dough into a circle with a rolling-pin and cut out the scones. The directions say to brush a little heavy cream on the scones before baking. The kit comes with scone mix and two sugar packets to sprinkle over the top. These were in the oven in about five minutes.Nothing is better than fresh baked scones. This is the first time I have tried the Invisible Chef baking mixes.I am very impressed with the quality of products from Invisible Chef. In the coming weeks I will be trying all the baking mixes sent to me.
