After lunch or dinner I always like to have a little something
sweet. But I try to stay away from high calorie sweets. I stock
up on yogurt when I do my weekly grocery shopping. It is low in calories and satisfies my sweet tooth. I pack it in my lunch when I go to work or enjoy it on the go. I always try
to buy a variety of flavors, mostly the strawberry, blueberry
and strawberry banana.
So, when I was contacted and asked to review Whole Fruit Smoothies I was excited to try something new. I get tired of yogurt even though I have always loved it.
I received three flavors to review.
Strawberry Banana, Mixed Berry and Pineapple Mango .I learned by visiting the website that Whole Fruit Smoothies are only 100 calories and contain chunks of real fruit. Simply pop them in the freezer, pop the top off, grab a spoon and enjoy. You can microwave the cups and enjoy as an actual smoothie, but I prefer to eat them with a spoon. I like the smooth creamy consistency.
My favorite flavors are the Mixed Berry and Strawberry Banana. I did not like the Pineapple Mango flavor. I am not a big fan
of Mangos. I love pineapple but the combination of the two
did not taste good to me.
Whole Fruit Smoothies are available in convenient 4 packs you
can store in the freezer and have a great no mess yummy treat
