Pizza is one of my favorite foods. But unfortunately
not diet friendly. Today I was craving pizza so I
decided to use what I already had on hand
to create my Skinny Chicken Pizza.
Since I have been on Weight Watchers I use whole
wheat flour tortillas a lot. I bake my own tortilla
chips and use them for wraps and other
recipes. Today I decided to create a delicious
no guilt chicken pizza that is weight watcher
I used one chicken breast for this recipe. You
can season it any way you like. I used salt, pepper
and some Cajun seasoning I had on hand. I baked it
for 30 to 45 minutes and shredded it up after
it was done. Simply spread the pizza sauce over the
whole wheat flour tortilla, add the chicken, spinach
and cheese.. I used spring mix
instead of all spinach for this recipe and it turned out great.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and you will have
a delicious guilt free skinny pizza.
Skinny Chicken Pizza
1 6 inch whole wheat flour tortilla
pizza sauce(2 to 3 tbsp)
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
spinach or spring mix
