I received my package from The Protein Bakery
this week for my review. The box contained
an assortment of two brownies/blondies,
two colossal cookies and three cookie

component in all of the cookies, blondies
and brownies. High in dietary fiber and low
in gluten and delivers 5 times more protein
than the average baked treat.

I was delighted to learn that Oprah, Rachael Ray,
Equinox Gyms, Bergdorf’s and Living Social
all sing the praises of The Protein Bakery. Located
in New York City on 20 West 20th Street, Sweet#309 in
the Chelsea/ Flatiron area of New York City. The
bakery loft is open to the public on a daily basis
with hours that vary.
With so many treats to choose from I wasn’t sure
what to try first. Being on the Weight Watchers
plan I have to be careful what I consume daily
of special treats and cookies.
I am a lover of chocolate so the Chocolate Chocolate
White Chip Cookies caught my eye first. According
to the nutritional information on the back of the
packaging, I could enjoy one of these cookies
with each being only 3 points on my Weight Watchers
plan. I have to tell you I was in heaven. These cookies
were so good and moist I was very impressed with my
first taste of the Protein Bakery’s assortment of goodies.
I loved the flavor of the white chocolate chips.
Today I tried one of the Peanut Butter White Chocolate
Chip Cookies which were very moist and had
a delicious peanut butter taste. I am very impressed with the quality and taste of this product and would recommend it to my readers.
