HAPPY FATHER’S DAY & JELLO STRAWBERRY PIE

You know when you have that craving you just

can’t stop thinking about? Well I am having mine.

All week I have thought about making a

strawberry pie. I have seen several recipes

online and oh they look so good. I have never

prepared a strawberry pie before, so I wasn’t sure at
first what recipe I was going to use.

I love fresh strawberries

during the summer time. So when I saw this recipe
I knew I had to try it.This pie is so quick and
easy.I love those kind of recipes, don’t you?

I went to visit my dad for Father’s Day On Saturday.
I knew this would be the perfect time to try out
a yummy recipe for Jello Strawberry Pie I found on Cooks.com.

What is on your Father’s Day menu?
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY

Jello Strawberry Pie

1 baked pie shell
1 to 2 pounds fresh strawberries
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water

Bring water to boil, add Jello, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick, let cool. Fold in clean berries (optional). Let jell. Top with whipped cream. Best served cold.
