Manna Organics Bakery Bread Review And Giveaway

Have you heard of Manna Organics Bakery? Manna Organics. LLC is a family owned and operated artisinal bakery located in Lisle IL. Manna breads are USDA, certified organic and do not contain dough relaxers, conditioners, added sugars, coloring, commercial yeast baking powders, aids, or any other additives. Manna sprouted breads are salt free,100% sprouted whole grain, unleavened, high fiber and contain no flour, fat or oils.

My thoughts on Manna Breads and Sourdough:

CARROT RAISIN BREAD
This bread truly impressed me. I loved the taste of the carrot and raisins. With a pat of butter or preserves, this bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack. I toasted it slightly and it was delicious. This bread is not to sweet and contains no sugars, my favorite of the manna breads.

CINNAMON DATE
If you like dates, you will like this bread. Made from organic sprouted wheat kernels, organic cinnamon, dates, filtered water,and oatmeal. Another perfect snack or breakfast meal.

BAVARIAN STYLE SOURDOUGH WHOLE RYE
I have never been a big fan of rye bread to be honest. But my  son loved this bread.Made from Organic rye flour, filtered water, sea salt, organic caraway seeds, organic fennel seeds and organic coriander seeds. This bread is low in fat and an excellent source of fiber.

BAVARIAN STYLE SUNNY SOURDOUGH
I loved this sourdough bread. I toasted it for breakfast in the morning and topped it with peanut butter. So yummy and my favorite of the sourdough breads. Made with filtered water, organic whole rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic sunflower seeds, organic rolled oats, sea salt, organic caraway seeds, organic fennel seed and organic coriander seed.

MILLET RICE
I liked the taste of  the millet rice bread. I used  it to make sandwiches for lunch to take to work. Made with Sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic millet and organic brown rice.

MULTI GRAIN
I prefer multi grain bread over white  bread. When purchasing bread multi grain is my first choice. So I was eager to try this bread from Manna Organics. I was very pleased with the taste and I will be purchasing this bread on a regular basis.  Made with sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic brown rice, organic barley, organic millet, organic flax seed, organic rye kernels,organic soy beans, organic rolled oats, organic oat bran, and organic cornmeal.
