Velvetta Taco Helper

I wasnt sure what to name this recipe. I make this quite often when I am really busy and dont want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I love Hamburger Helper.I grew up on it. I remember my mom making it home made to. So a few months ago I threw this recipe together and starting making it at least once a month. My son loves it.I serve this with just a side salad. Really quick and easy, great for busy days. So I decided to name this recipe Velvetta Taco Helper. You only add three ingredients. What can be better than that on a busy day? Now on to the recipe:

Brown 1 pound of ground beef and drain

Prepare velvetta shells and cheese as directed on box.Combine ground beef with velvetta shells, rotel and cheese sauce packet.

Let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve and enjoy. How is that for a less than 30 minute meal?
