I am very busy during the week most days. Since I work twelve hour shifts, it is very hard to plan meals for the entire week. I love trying new recipes but when I am busy it is hard to sit down and plan out the weeks meals. When I found Emeals I was impressed. I would like to tell you about Emeals and give you my opinion on this service. I found the Emeals website a couple of weeks ago. I was curious to see what it was all about so I wrote the company and decided to do a review on the meals plans.
Emeals is a simple dinner solution for busy people. On the Emeals website you can subscribe to a dinner plan depending on the size of your family and your taste. I chose the low fat meal plan for one or two people.
I love the fact that the meals are planned for you and they even give you a grocery list you can print out to take to your favorite store to purchase your items. All the work of the weeks meal planning is done for you and all you have to do is shop for the items on the list and your done. How great is that? I love it because I get a variety of low fat meals that are planned for me.
Choose from a variety of meal plans such as classic, clean eating, gluten free, low carb, low fat, natural and organic, vegetarian and portion control for those of us that are watching our portions. The website even has fabulous recipes for you to try. With a new subscription to Emeals you get the BBQ recipe and the whole crock pot menu which includes 5 recipes and a grocery list. I made the Beefy Sliders from the low fat menu the other day when I was in a hurry and my son loved them. They were delicious and so easy to make.
What can better than a personalized meal plans right to your inbox? Emeals is even recommended by Dave Ramsey. I am definitely enjoying emeals and I am recommending you try it out. Watch the video below to find out more.
