I grew up on banana bread.

 I remember my mom
and my grandma making it all the time. So you can
see why I love it. I have tried a few different
recipes, some with nuts, chocolate chips ect..
but I think my favorite recipe is one I recently
found on laurainthekitchen.com. I have about 4
very ripe bananas in the refrigerator so I decided
yesterday to put them to good use. I used Challenge
Butter for both recipes and it made a world of
difference.

I also made some yummy honey cinnamon butter
to spread over my banana bread. This was so yummy.
I hope you try this recipe. it is far the best one I
have ever tried.

Banana Bread

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
4 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. With mixer
beat eggs, sugar and butter until light
and fluffy. Add mashed bananas and mix
well. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350
for one hour or until toothpick inserted
comes out clean.

Honey Cinnamon Butter
1 stick unsalted butter(soft)
2 tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon

Add soft butter, honey and cinnamon. Mix
to combine by hand. Store in sealed container.
