When I first heard about this recipe I wasn’t sure I would like it. Even though I love cranberries I have never combined cranberries, wine and onion soup mix. So when I found out about this recipe I was reluctant to try it. I am so glad I did. I’m a little late posting this recipe, but that’s ok. It is really a delicious dish ,You should try it.I like recipes that are quick and easy. This recipe only contains five ingredients which is a plus when there is not much time to cook. I used the canned whole cranberry for this recipe. I got this recipe from a friend who suggested we try it out over the holidays.. This recipe is from the magazine The Country Door. Now on to the recipe:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/4cup dry white wine
1 can whole cranberries
1 small bottle catalina dressing
In mixing bowl combine dressing, onion soup mix, wine and cranberries.
Pour mixture over boneless, skinless chicken breast. Bake at 375 for one hour. Serve with your favorite side dish.
