These delicious appetizers are great for your next party. Made with phyllo dough, cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes. I found this recipe in my first edition of Cooking Club magazine that came today in the mail. Phyllo dough is convenient and makes a gorgeous delicate crust. Perfect for dessert to appetizers. Cut a sheet of phyllo into 6 rectangles. Brush with melted butter and layer another on top. Repeat with remaining rectangles, buttering each piece. Place a cube of cream cheese in the middle and sun dried tomatoes in the center. Gather the edges and twist them to close. Bake at 375 until golden brown 15 to 20 minutes. I used Davinci sun dried tomatoes and Athens phyllo dough for this recipe.
