Jaeger Schnitzel With Mushroom Gravy

This delicious recipe for Jaeger Schnitzel reminds
me of a great little German restaurant about 50 miles
from where I live, Zur Autobahn. This pan fried
schnitzel is ready in under 30 minutes, and topped with
a creamy mushroom gravy. You will love this recipe.

1 package Pork Loin Boneless Chops
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Beat eggs with fork. Add salt and pepper. Dip chops in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Pan fry until golden brown and center is done.

Mushroom Gravy
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 package McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk

In small sauce pan saute mushrooms in butter and cook until tender.Add
water with package of gravy mix and stir. Add milk and cook until thickened.
Serve over schnitzel.
