I remember as a kid my grandma always having
cucumbers around. She would fix them many
different ways, whether she put them in salads
or cut them up with onions and added vinegar.
I loved them. This recipe is a personal recipe
I made up in my kitchen, and I have to say
it turned out pretty good. With a creamy sour
cream dressing it’s sure to please. Here is what
you will need:
2 Large Cucumbers Diced
1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing(Buttermilk)
1/2 Cup Cubed Cheddar Cheese
Dice Cucumbers and onions and place in medium bowl.
Add salt and pepper and stir well. Mix sour cream
with packet of ranch dressing and add milk. Add
cucumbers and cheese to sour cream mixture and
stir until cucumbers are well coated.Chill before serving.
